We started by understanding their market, audience, and goals. Growth is at the heart of what they do, so we built a visual identity that reflects movement and progress. Bright gradients bring energy and dynamism, while deep greens add a sense of trust and professionalism. The custom wordmark balances soft, approachable curves with a structured feel, capturing both their people-first approach and corporate expertise.
Designing the Experience
Their new website serves as both a hub for consulting services and a launchpad for the app, offering a smooth, intuitive experience. Motion design brings the brand to life, making interactions feel fluid and engaging.
